Claim, correct or remove a profile
Rules for claiming, correcting, suspending or removing an existing artist or band profile.
Claims and evidence
- Claim requests may require official evidence, links, contact verification or additional review by Glam / Hard Rock.
- Approval gives management access according to the current platform tools, but does not transfer ownership of Glam / Hard Rock editorial records or internal operational data.
- Claimants must have the right to submit or manage images, logos, music links, biographies, videos, flyers and other materials connected to the profile.
- Glam / Hard Rock respects copyrights, trademarks, image rights and third-party rights, and may remove claimed or unauthorized material without prior notice.
- The claimant is responsible for the content they submit, approve or request to publish, and agrees to hold Glam / Hard Rock harmless from disputes caused by unauthorized material.
Claim access and membership
- Claiming an existing profile does not mean administration access is free, automatic or permanent.
- Approval may be subject to internal review, identity validation, representative authorization and, when Glam / Hard Rock determines it, a talent membership or activation.
- Glam / Hard Rock may decide case by case whether claimed profile access requires paid membership, promotional membership, courtesy, editorial invitation, special agreement or manual authorization without charge.
- That decision may depend on the profile type, history, relevance, verification needs, requested tools, active campaigns, operational volume, included benefits or commercial criteria of the platform.
No guaranteed outcomes
- A membership or approved claim does not guarantee verification, preferred placement, followers, streams, sales, bookings, editorial coverage, ranking position or featured permanence.
- Glam / Hard Rock may change plans, prices, benefits, access conditions, courtesy criteria and membership models as the platform evolves.
Correction, suspension or removal
- Requesting correction, visibility limitation, suspension or profile removal does not require a membership.
- A removal or suspension request is reviewed manually and does not automatically delete, hide or redirect a profile.
- Glam / Hard Rock may request evidence and may decide to correct, update, hide, limit, merge, keep, suspend or remove information depending on the case.
- If Glam / Hard Rock approves a complete profile suspension or removal, the profile may stop being visible and related activity may stop appearing while inactive.
- This may include public profile information, photos, biography, links, associated music, administration records, internal metrics, rankings, ratings, favorites, follows, reviews, comments, related XP, interaction history and community signals tied to that profile.
- The platform may keep underlying records when needed for legal reasons, security, abuse prevention, support history, rights disputes, transactions, technical backups or operational integrity.
- If a suspended or removed profile is reactivated later, related activity may be restored to the platform flow when technically available and appropriate.
Membership independence
- Profile removal is independent from membership; membership only applies when requesting administration access, profile claim, talent tools or talent benefits.
Future changes
- Glam / Hard Rock may update claim, correction, suspension and removal rules, evidence requirements, review criteria, access conditions, membership criteria, record retention practices and operational processes as the platform evolves.
- Submitting or continuing a claim, correction, suspension or removal request after updates means acceptance of the current version applicable at that time, unless a specific applicable law requires a different process.
- Important changes may be communicated through the website, Glamstreet, email, account notices, membership notices, support responses or direct operational communication.
