Rules for photos, bios, music metadata, logos, flyers, reviews, comments and rights claims.

Only upload or submit material you own, are authorized to use, or can lawfully provide to Glam / Hard Rock.
Glam / Hard Rock respects copyrights, trademarks, image rights and other third-party rights. Users, fans, talent, managers, representatives and advertisers are responsible for the material they upload, submit or request to publish.
If Glam / Hard Rock receives a rights claim or detects potentially unauthorized material, it may remove, hide, limit or disable the image, logo, artwork, flyer, audio, video, text or related content without prior notice while the case is reviewed.
To report unauthorized use, send the URL, explanation, proof of rights and contact information to support@glamhardrock.com.

Users, fans, talent, managers, representatives, advertisers or any person who uploads, submits, publishes or requests publication of content in Glam / Hard Rock are solely responsible for having the rights, permissions, licenses or authorizations needed to use that material.
This includes photos, images, logos, artwork, flyers, videos, audio, music, texts, biographies, names, trademarks, likeness, promotional material, links, metadata or any other content provided to the platform.
Glam / Hard Rock operates as a platform and publishing, review, organization and promotion channel, but does not assume responsibility for unauthorized use of materials provided by users, fans, talent, managers, representatives, advertisers or third parties.
The person who provided, authorized or requested publication of the content agrees to hold Glam / Hard Rock harmless from claims, damages, costs, expenses, losses or disputes arising from material used without the corresponding rights.
