Artist or band signup - Glam / Hard Rock

Submitting a new artist or band request does not guarantee publication, verification, membership, visibility or access.
Glam / Hard Rock may review identity, evidence, quality, relevance, editorial fit, genre compatibility, commercial fit and platform safety before approving a profile.
Submitting a request, paying a fee, starting a membership process or sending materials does not guarantee that the artist, band, representative or profile will be accepted into the platform.
Glam / Hard Rock may reject, pause or decline a request when it determines that the project does not fit the platform identity, audience, editorial direction, available services, operational capacity or current commercial criteria.
The requester must have authorization to submit names, photos, bios, music links, logos, concert data and other materials.
Talent, managers and representatives must only submit material they own, are authorized to use, or can lawfully provide to Glam / Hard Rock.
If a submitted image, logo, photo, flyer, video, audio, text or other material receives a rights claim, Glam / Hard Rock may remove, hide or limit it without prior notice while the case is reviewed.
The requester is responsible for the materials provided and agrees to hold Glam / Hard Rock harmless from claims, costs, damages or disputes caused by unauthorized submitted content.

Access to talent tools, profile administration, advanced features, campaigns, Fan Club, statistics, promotion, Spotlights, commercial services or special benefits may require membership, manual activation, courtesy, internal approval or fees.
Fees, plans, duration, benefits, renewals, cancellations and payment conditions will be communicated before activating or contracting a paid membership.
A paid membership gives access to the tools, benefits or services included in the current plan, but does not guarantee verification, preferred placement, followers, streams, sales, bookings, editorial coverage, ranking position or business results.

Glam / Hard Rock may update talent signup rules, review criteria, membership models, prices, benefits, access conditions, courtesy criteria, available tools, commercial services and platform requirements as the platform evolves.
Submitting or continuing a talent request after updates means acceptance of the current version applicable at that time, unless a specific applicable law requires a different process.
Important changes may be communicated through the website, Glamstreet, email, account notices, membership notices or direct operational communication.
