Fan Terms - Glam / Hard Rock

By creating a fan account, activating it by email, logging in or using Glamstreet fan features, you accept these Fan Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Content and IP Policy, including updates or adjustments that Glam / Hard Rock may publish as the platform evolves.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not create a fan account or stop using account-based features.
The fan agrees to respect the Community Guidelines and any platform rules published by Glam / Hard Rock for account, content, review, ranking, concert and community use.

Fans must provide accurate account information, use a real email they control and keep registration details reasonably updated.
Fake, automated, misleading, impersonation, duplicate abuse or bot-controlled accounts are not allowed.
Glam / Hard Rock may require email verification, security checks or additional validation to protect the community.

Fans are responsible for keeping passwords, devices and login methods secure.
Any activity made from the account may be treated as activity of the account holder unless Glam / Hard Rock determines that unauthorized access occurred.
If you believe your account was compromised, contact support@glamhardrock.com as soon as possible.

A fan account may allow you to create a fan profile, choose visibility settings, follow talent, save favorites, rate music, write reviews, mark concert attendance, earn XP, collect badges and participate in community features.
Some profile information or activity may be public when you choose public visibility or use public features such as reviews, follows, ratings, favorites, comments or fan lists.
You can request account or data deletion through the Account and Data Deletion process, subject to retention needed for security, legal, moderation, transaction, backup or platform integrity reasons.

Fans must only upload, submit or publish material they own, are authorized to use, or can lawfully provide to Glam / Hard Rock.
Fans must not upload or use photos, images, logos, artwork, videos, audio, texts, names, trademarks, likeness or other materials that infringe copyrights, trademarks, image rights or third-party rights.
If Glam / Hard Rock receives a rights claim or detects potentially unauthorized material, it may remove, hide, limit or disable that content without prior notice while the case is reviewed.
Fans are solely responsible for the material they upload, submit or publish, and agree to hold Glam / Hard Rock harmless from claims, damages, costs, expenses, losses or disputes related to unauthorized fan content.

Reviews, comments, messages, profile text and other fan submissions must be respectful, lawful, relevant and based on real opinion or experience.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, stalking, sexual exploitation, defamation, spam, scams, malware, impersonation or targeted abuse are not allowed.
Glam / Hard Rock may moderate, hide, edit labels, limit reach, remove or reject fan content when needed to protect people, rights, quality or platform integrity.

Favorites, follows, ratings, reviews, attendance and similar activity may influence discovery, charts, rankings, recommendations and community signals.
Fake accounts, automated activity, paid manipulation, false reviews or coordinated ranking abuse are not allowed.
Activity related to a removed, suspended or hidden talent profile may stop appearing in rankings, counts, public lists, recommendations and fan histories while that profile is inactive.
Reviews, comments, profile images and fan submissions must respect copyrights, trademarks, image rights and other third-party rights.

Rankings, XP, badges, levels, positions, formulas and visibility criteria are platform features and may change over time.
Glam / Hard Rock may modify, adjust, pause or remove these features to improve the experience, prevent abuse, correct errors or evolve the platform.
No ranking, badge, level, XP amount, chart position or community signal creates a prize, payment, legal right, commercial guarantee or permanent benefit unless Glam / Hard Rock states it in writing for a specific promotion.

Fan Club, attendance and concert features may let fans mark interest, planned attendance or confirmed attendance, but they do not create tickets, reservations, backstage access, guest list access, refunds or guarantees from venues or organizers.
Concert dates, prices, venues, ticket links and status may change. Fans should verify final information with the official organizer, venue or ticket provider.

If fans register or log in with Google, Facebook, Meta or another external provider, that provider may share identifiers, email, name or profile data needed to create or connect the account. Glam / Hard Rock does not receive the password of those services.
If fans connect Spotify, Apple Music or similar services, they understand those services are third-party platforms with their own accounts, permissions, terms, regional availability and technical limitations.
Glam / Hard Rock may show links, IDs, metadata, embeds or connection status needed for music experiences, but does not guarantee playback on every device, country or account.

The platform may include links, embeds or references to streaming services, ticketing providers, social networks, stores, venues, advertisers, artists, bands or external websites.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy rules, prices, availability, accounts and technical limits. Glam / Hard Rock is not responsible for third-party changes, purchases, cancellations, failures or content unless expressly stated.

Glam / Hard Rock may limit, suspend, deactivate or remove accounts, profile visibility, content, activity, points, reviews, favorites, ratings, follows or access when it detects abuse, spam, impersonation, manipulation, rights violations, security risks or breach of these terms.
Glam / Hard Rock may also take action to comply with law, respond to rights claims, protect users, prevent fraud, preserve platform integrity or investigate disputes.

Glam / Hard Rock may update fan terms, privacy rules, community rules, ranking formulas, XP systems, Fan Club features, music integrations and platform features as the platform evolves.
Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the current version, unless a specific applicable law requires a different process.
Important changes may be communicated through the website, Glamstreet, email or account notices.
