Talent Terms
Terms for artists, bands, managers and representatives using profiles, music, concerts and tools.
Access and management
- Talent access may depend on review, membership, courtesy, activation, authorization or manual approval.
- Managers must keep profile material, contacts, links, music and concert data accurate and authorized.
- Glam / Hard Rock may define whether a talent account or claimed profile uses paid membership, promotional membership, courtesy, strategic access or manual authorization without charge.
- Talent profiles must not use unauthorized photos, logos, artwork, flyers, audio, video, names, texts or materials protected by third-party rights.
- If Glam / Hard Rock receives a rights claim, it may remove, hide or limit the disputed material without prior notice and may request evidence before restoring it.
- Talent, managers and representatives are responsible for all profile materials they upload, submit, approve or request to publish, and agree to hold Glam / Hard Rock harmless from claims related to unauthorized use.
No guaranteed outcomes
- Profiles, rankings, verification, concerts, Spotlights and Fan Club tools do not guarantee bookings, streams, sales, followers, media coverage or business results.
- Fees or memberships pay for access to defined tools, benefits, services or review, not for guaranteed outcomes or guaranteed acceptance into the platform.
- Glam / Hard Rock may decline, limit or end talent access when a project, profile, representative or submitted material does not fit the platform identity, audience, editorial direction, available services, operational capacity or current commercial criteria.
Inactive, suspended or removed profiles
- A profile may be limited, hidden, suspended or removed after review, rights issues, representative disputes, membership status, platform safety concerns or an approved removal request.
- When a profile is inactive, related activity may stop appearing in public counts, rankings, recommendations, followers, ratings, favorites, reviews and fan histories until the profile is restored.
Future changes
- Glam / Hard Rock may update talent terms, privacy rules, community rules, review criteria, membership models, prices, benefits, access conditions, courtesy criteria, Fan Club tools, concert tools, music tools, statistics, campaigns, Spotlights, commercial services and platform features as the platform evolves.
- Continued use of talent access, profile administration, membership benefits, campaigns, tools or services after updates means acceptance of the current version, unless a specific applicable law requires a different process.
- Important changes may be communicated through the website, Glamstreet, email, account notices, membership notices or direct operational communication.
